Fitness - Watersports ReadyWatersports Ready is a class designed to promote stamina, endurance, strength and balance, concentrating on all the aspects important to those involved with watersports.
The session will comprise of cardiovascular, core strengthening, muscular endurance and stretching aspects, which will work towards improving your performance on the water and help to prevent injuries.
Whether your chosen sport is windsurfing, wakeboarding, surfing, kitesurfing or SUP’ing this class will work towards improving your watersports fitness.
Classes that run before 9am must be booked by 9pm on the day before the class.
