Join us for Beach Fitness Circuits

Would you like to increase your fitness and get in a great shape and enjoy year round fitness? 

Our Beach Fitness Circuits combines exercises that are fun, functional, rewarding and will quickly see your fitness increase over the duration of our 6 week course.

The training techniques used help you achieve high levels of fitness and allow you to work at your own pace.

Beach Fitness Circuits trains the body to be self-aware, explosive, coordinated and balanced.

The class isn’t choreographed and there is no soundtrack. It is a class that anyone can do and get great results from; due to whole body training methods being used.

 

· Comfortable clothes to exercise in

· Light weight waterproof jacket - in case it rains!

· Trainers/suitable shoes to exercise in

· Towel (if you’d like to shower after the class)
