SUP workouts differ slightly from your average workout! You get to spend time outdoors on the water in a safe relaxing atmosphere – whilst working out. SUPs are an excellent workout tool with great benefits in increasing core stability – combine this with an effective exercise routine and you have an awesome fun whole body workout. Classes are suitable for everyone and you don’t have to be an experienced paddler or super fit to take part!

Lagoon Fitness aims to use the outside surroundings of the beach and the water to provide classes that are primarily fun and will get you fit at the same time. The classes will use Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP) and INDO Boards, combined alongside traditional exercises, to give a new effective and unique workout experience. Classes are based at Hove Lagoon, Brighton.
