Ride Session and clinic cancellation system Harvey Dawkins2024-07-04T15:43:27+01:00 IMPORTANT WAKBOARDERS and WINDSURF CLINIC NEWS We are pleased to announce that, based on your feedback, we will be implementing a new system to improve availability for cable and windsurf sessions. We understand how frustrating it can be when sessions are fully booked online, yet there are frequently spaces available on the water due to no-shows. To address this, we have upgraded our IT systems with an automated process to manage late cancellations and no-shows for free member sessions. Effective from Monday, July 15th, any cancellations made with 3 or fewer hours’ notice, or any no-shows for sessions, will be recorded. If a member has 3 no-shows within a 30-day period, their account will be unable to book free sessions for 7 days. Our goal with this new system is to enhance availability for all members. We will closely monitor the system’s effectiveness and make adjustments as needed over time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
